Are any purchases final sale?

All dresses are FINAL sale. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept any claims submitted after 48 hours.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays caused by weather or other carrier issues. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Please note that we will mark orders as successfully fulfilled once they are confirmed as delivered.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handmade in Africa. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
